Organized and informative
We went on a few tours with them and I found all the guides excellent! The company was very organized, sending a text the night before confirming pickup and what to bring and wear. It was helpful for them to tell us the weather. I also appreciated the guides giving us exact pick up time the morning off. The tours were fun and informative.

Breathtaking views, unforgettable people
We did 5 different tours with Rutas360. All of them were well organised, we received a detailed information (what to bring, what to wear etc.) 2-3 days ahead through Whatsapp. The pickups were on time, the buses and the drivers were all right. Whenever the tour included a cocktail not only the cocktail was excelellent but the chosen location and the buffet as well. This is also true for the breakfasts So the tours were: 1.) Moon Valley / Deah Valley / Sunset – José and Maki form a good and co-operative pair. The visited locations are great, and the given information was detailed enough. 2.) Star gazing Tour -Jane and his colleague (partner) were real experts. We got a scientific but understandable explanation about the stars, what we saw on the sky and what we saw through the telescopes were breathtaking. We already suggested to 2 couples we met to go on this tour. Andrea’s pictures are also great and really mark this unforgettable night. 3.) A whole day tour with Ursula and Marco. Ursula’s wonderful personality gave the day a golden frame. Apart from providing the explanations she was very observant and preventive about the possible problems due to the high altitude, and she was also very kind. Marco was a good driver and a really kind man. The lunch we had was excellent and supstantial (can we have the receipe of the vegetable soup 😊?). We were lucky to see a number of different animals too. 4.) El Tatio – Oscar and the driver – whose name we forgot unfortunately – form a good team. The driving and the guiding both were excellent. The place is unbeatable and is a must (already suggested to other people). Oscar’s information were quite explanatory and geographically scientific (but understandable).He has a very good sense of humour too. 5.) Lagunas Cejar, Salar – Dangeli and Rodrigo are very kind persons. These locations were „the least interesting” places out of the five but we do not regret visiting these salty lagoons. We had the very best Pisco Sour which was home made with rica rica and probably with a little piece of the maker’s heart. Apart from the good driving Rodrigo also provided important pieces of information, Dangeli has to improve her English. Our overall experience with Rutas360 was very good we strongly recommend to book their services whenever in the Atacama Desert.

Excellent and helpful tour company
We took four excursions with this company in the Atacama Desert: Stargazing; Altiplanic Lagoons excursion; Tatio Geysers & Machuca Excursion and a visit to the Valley of the Moon. The company contacted us prior to each excursion with helpful information as to things we needed to bring with us, pick up times and what meals were included. When I requested vegan options, they were made available. The guides were superb. Knowledgeable and with good English skills. The tours were in Spanish and English and the two languages were treated equally - what was told to the Spanish speakers was also told to the English speakers. 100% happy with the company's service.

Sehr bereichernde Erlebnisse
Wir haben an 2 geführten Touren mit Routen 360 teilgenommen. Beide Male war die Organisation perfekt und wir haben von unseren äußerst gut informierten und engagierten Führern auf unterhaltsame Weise viel Wissen vermittelt und Zusammenhänge erklärt bekommen.
